Neo Michael currently holds the position of Head of Service Quality & Visa at Expatman. In this role, he focuses on improving visa processing systems and strengthening customer relations, striving to take operational efficiency and service quality to new levels.

Experience

Neo followed a solid educational path, obtaining degrees in Project Management, Sales, Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing at the Shaw Academy, both in the United Kingdom and the United States. He is also certified in Health & Safety, Fire prevention and STCW. These qualifications were acquired while working on board the cruise ship NCL Dawn, cruising the coasts of America, Mexico and Europe.

He began his career in the dynamic telecommunications sector as a Promoter at Telkom, where he quickly progressed through a variety of sales and management roles, demonstrating a natural aptitude for leadership and a deep understanding of the dynamics of customer service. As Branch Manager at Telkom, he significantly improved the team's operational efficiency and performance. Prior to joining Expatman, Neo excelled as a Jewellery Specialist at EFFY Jewelry New York EST 1979, honing her skills in customer engagement and sales.
